On the afternoon of Monday, 28th July 2025, Mr. Iv Rannarith, Chairman of the Cambodia Association of Securities Firms (CASF), and the Credit Guarantee Corporation of Cambodia (CGCC), represented by Mr. No Lida, CEO of CGCC, held a signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The event was honored by the high presence of H.E. Sou Socheat, Royal Government Delegate in charge as Director General of the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC).
The ceremony was organized with the purpose of strengthening cooperation between CASF and CGCC, serving as an important mechanism to promote collaboration within Cambodia’s financial sector particularly the securities market by providing crucial support for its development.
The event was attended by senior management and staff from the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC), the Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX), CASF, CGCC, member securities firms, as well as national and international guests from various institutions in the securities sector—totaling approximately 70 participants. The ceremony took place at CGCC headquarters.
